What is the most popular size of paracord?

It depends on the project but the most popular paracord is our 550 Type III Paracord which is 4mm in diameter.  It is one of the most versatile cords and is lightweight, strong, and compact. It has an incredible tensile strength of 550 pounds.

What’s your return policy?

If a return is necessary please email us with all items you wish to return. Upon receiving this email we will generate a RMA number for you to reference in your return package.  All item(s) must be in their original packaging.  Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum or maximum orders here. We pride ourselves in having the best quality products and at competitive pricing.

What is your shipping policy?

We typically ship within 24 hours after receipt of order.  All orders are fulfilled in the order they were received and you will be notified if any delays will occur.  Most orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS mail but other carriers are also used.  Depending on USPS or UPS services and the amount purchased, items may arrive between 3-7 business days after order has been shipped.  International shipping can vary.  Please contact us if you suspect any issues or delays.

What if I don't see the color I need to purchase?

Not to worry!  We have access to several manufacturers across the globe that can produce the color(s) of your choosing.  Send us the color name or picture samples and we will review and provide options for you!
